Terrible customer service, product does not work and they avoid the conversation of a refund at all costs. Absolute waste of money and isumsoftware does not even deserve 1 star. Asking me to do the same thing they first asked me to do. Meanwhile I have been sending emails requesting a refund but they reply (once a day, night time) with new trouble shooting ideas.
